1997, Stepfamily Day (September 16) is committed to supporting stepfamilies in
their mission to raise their children, to create strong family structures that
support individual members, and to instill in them a sense of responsibility to
other family members. Picnics are held in many cities across the U.S.

is a new bi-monthly magazine created just for moms, dads and kids who want to

Founded in 1975, the Stepfamily Foundation works to provide training, information and counseling to help couples avoid the pitfalls which often stress their relationships and force them to become another negative statistic.
